TL;DR

Account Executive (AdTech/Ecommerce): Driving revenue by securing strategic partnerships with premium advertisers to unlock monetization value with an accent on high-leverage growth. Location: Must be based in New York City (NYC); required to be in the office at least 4 days per week

What you will do

  • Own the entire sales cycle from outbound prospecting to complex enterprise closes to meet revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute vertical-specific GTM strategies to identify high-value inventory and audience monetization opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners, crafting tailored ad solutions and co-innovating on the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Applied AI teams to bring new products to market.
  • Create high-impact sales collateral, proposals, and presentations to position hirify.global's unique value proposition.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales, account management, or performance marketing (adtech/martech experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven ability to drive commercial expansion, grow budgets, and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong fluency in performance marketing metrics, including ROAS, CPA, incrementality, and attribution concepts.
  • Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Must be located in NYC and able to work in-office at least 4 days per week.
  • Willingness to travel 20–30% of the time.
