Onsite Support Engineer (Robotics)

Location: Onsite at a customer location in North East, Maryland, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.

Salary: $50,000–$90,000 annually, plus bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Own the onsite robotic fleet by monitoring system health, robot activity, task execution, workflows, uptime, and operational stability.
• Optimize warehouse workflows and operational KPIs, including throughput, utilization, UPH, and lines per hour.
• Troubleshoot and repair robots onsite to maintain system performance and availability.
• Conduct testing, validation, performance analysis, and structured feedback for product development.
• Analyze operational data and convert findings into recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate issues, priorities, procedures, and deployment best practices between customer operations and internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, industrial engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least one year of experience in warehouse operations, robotics, automation, or technical customer-facing roles.
• Knowledge of warehouse picking workflows, labor management, and productivity metrics.
• Hands-on hardware or software troubleshooting experience, or strong technical aptitude.
• Strong analytical, cross-functional communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite daily, adapt to operational schedules, and frequently bend, stoop, lift, walk, and reach; able to lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds.
