What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of the programme to ensure an outstanding student experience.
• Maintain academic quality and standards in line with partner requirements and External Examiners.
• Drive curriculum development and continuous improvement to keep programme content industry-relevant.
• Analyse student performance data to inform annual monitoring and enhancement plans.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to academic staff, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment.

Requirements

• Experience in Health and Social Care and academic leadership.
• Must be flexible to travel to all London campus locations.
• Ability to work a schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
• Criminal records check, ID, Right to Work verification, and education confirmation required.
