Salary: Circa £62,000 per annum.

What you will do

• Lead subject-management and exam publishing for DP and CP Language Acquisition courses.
• Oversee the end-to-end development of high-quality, valid, and reliable assessment materials.
• Manage operational risk, contingency planning, and quality assurance for examination sessions.
• Coach and develop subject managers through performance management and capability building.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive organizational change and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with hirify.global policies and regulatory requirements across the assessment portfolio.

Requirements

• Significant leadership experience in assessment, education, or a regulated environment.
• Substantial experience as a teacher or within an examining body.
• Proven track record of leading people through direct line management and influence.
• Strong understanding of assessment development, delivery, and quality assurance frameworks.
• Ability to interpret statistical evidence to support operational and assessment decisions.
• Must be elighirify.globalle to work in the UK and able to attend the Cardiff office weekly.
