Subject Support Manager (Maths/Education): Supporting teachers and strengthening the delivery of academic qualifications with an accent on curriculum reform and assessment standards. Location: Hybrid (one day per week in office in Manchester, London, or Guildford) with regular national travel including overnight stays
Salary: £43,000 to £50,900 (depending on location)

What you will do
- Support schools and teachers with subject-related queries and the planning of Maths specifications.
- Deliver key subject messages and "Curriculum Connects" sessions to external audiences.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify centers needing additional support.
- Build strong relationships with subject stakeholders to inform future developments.
- Collaborate with internal Product Management, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure aligned delivery.
- Represent the organization at national conferences and stakeholder events.
Requirements
- Current or former teaching experience with demonstrated credibility among educators.
- Strong understanding of Maths pedagogy, specifications, and the wider education landscape (GCSE/A Level).
- Experience extending influence beyond the classroom via CPD, EdTech, or subject networks.
- Ability to travel regularly across the UK, including occasional overnight stays.
- Proficiency in using data to inform delivery and monitor customer impact.
- Clear and empathetic communication skills for presenting to teachers, parents, and students.
