What you will do

• Manage ocean and air freight shipments from booking to final delivery.
• Maintain active communication with transportation and warehousing partners.
• Ensure data integrity by validating shipment information and schedules.
• Handle shipment exceptions and proactively minimize delays.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain high service quality standards.
• Monitor and report on KPIs and SLAs to ensure productivity goals are met.

Requirements

• Must be based in Chicago, Illinois
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree, or 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
