What you will do

• Prepare Bills of Lading and manage export shipping documentation.
• Coordinate daily carrier pickups and maintain communication with all internal departments.
• Perform billing and invoice processing using NAMAS and SAP.
• Manage freight claims and maintain detailed departmental records.
• Execute data entry for orders and generate regular departmental reports.

Requirements

• 2-year degree from an accredited University or College.
• 3 to 4 years of minimum experience in logistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Experience in accounting specifically related to invoicing.
