Location: London (Holborn, Fitzrovia, Southall, Wembley, Kingsbury, and Harrow). Must be flexible to travel to all campus locations.

Salary: up to £42,000 per annum

What you will do

• Deliver lectures, seminars, and tutorials across allocated modules.
• Develop and update teaching materials while maintaining accurate student attendance records.
• Design assessments, provide formative feedback, and mark summative work within deadlines.
• Monitor student engagement and signpost necessary academic or pastoral support.
• Contribute to module evaluations, quality assurance processes, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and mentor junior staff.

Requirements

• Experience teaching English for Academic Purposes (EAP) in higher or further education.
• Relevant teaching qualification such as DELTA, Trinity Diploma, CELTA (with experience), or MA TESOL/Linguistics.
• Strong understanding of CEFR and experience supporting student academic development.
• Proficiency in VLEs and Microsoft tools.
• Must be flexible to travel to all campus locations in London.
• Successful completion of pre-employment checks, including Right to Work verification.

Nice to have

• Experience with curriculum development, research, or scholarly activity.
• Familiarity with digital assessment tools, data tracking, or UKVI-related processes.
• Academic team leadership or involvement in professional bodies.
