What you will do

• Create sales orders for customers and handle purchase orders.
• Manage and maintain software subscriptions.
• Coordinate correspondence between the sales team and global clients.
• Monitor customer accounts and provide data reports to the sales team.
• Communicate intensively with worldwide dealers via phone and email.
• Work on a shift-based schedule (7:00 to 18:00) to support global customers.

Requirements

• English: Fluent proficiency (C1) both verbal and written is essential.
• Strong organizational and communicative skills.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from the office in Szczecin, Poland.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in additional languages.
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics AX.
