TL;DR
Partnerships Growth Manager (SaaS): Identifying and cultivating performance-based collaborations and affiliate partnerships to drive customer acquisition for Incogni with an accent on outbound outreach and strategic deal-making. Focus on optimizing campaign performance, negotiating mutually beneficial agreements, and scaling the partner ecosystem.
Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Lithuania or Poland)
Salary: 2700-4300 EUR/month (LT) or 13850-19500 PLN/month (PL) + bonuses

What you will do
- Execute outbound outreach to source and cultivate relationships with key marketing and affiliate partners.
- Develop and implement comprehensive partnership strategies and business plans aligned with performance goals.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements with a focus on mutually beneficial terms.
- Collaborate with affiliates to optimize campaign performance and increase conversion rates.
- Coordinate with internal Product, Marketing, and Legal teams to ensure seamless initiative execution.
- Analyze partnership metrics to provide actionable insights for growth and optimization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound outreach, business development, or affiliate partnership management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to execute successful partnership strategies that deliver measurable results.
- Analytical mindset capable of interpreting data to make informed decisions.
- Must be based in the Lithuanian or Polish market to align with local compensation and hybrid office expectations.
