hirify.global is a high-growth infrastructure company building the enterprise software platform for the AI era, focused on simplifying data management for AI training and inference.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies across a mix of enterprise customers in Poland.
  • Generate revenue by managing the full sales process and aligning with customer buying cycles.
  • Collaborate with channel partners, systems resellers, and integrators to scale market reach.
  • Manage customer relationships from initial meetings through proof of concept and post-sales expansion.
  • Present technical and business-level proposals that demonstrate the value of VAST solutions.
  • Prospect and penetrate large accounts to reach decision-makers and close business.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Poland with the ability to drive business in the region.
  • Minimum of 7 years of direct enterprise selling experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and developing sales regions from the ground up.
  • Deep knowledge of the storage industry, including NFS, Object Storage, and Enterprise Computing architectures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at both business and technical levels.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

  • Experience in both large corporate environments and fast-paced startups.
  • Passion for evangelizing new technologies and driving organizational change.
