TL;DR

Sales Manager (Aerospace): Expanding client activities globally and developing opportunities within the Polish market with an accent on strategic opportunity identification and building relationships with industrial customers. Focus on leading consultative sales processes from first contact to closing and developing a new sales team.

Location: Must be located in Poland and hold EU citizenship. Willingness to travel is required.

Salary: Up to 16,000 gross PLN + bonus

One of the largest tech consulting and software development firms in Europe, operating a Global Delivery Center in Katowice with around 1,000 specialists.

What you will do

  • Conduct market research to identify and acquire new customers in the aerospace sector.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline and execute outbound activities via LinkedIn and networking.
  • Lead consultative sales processes from initial contact to closing.
  • Plan and execute business trips and customer visits to maximize impact.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to hand over qualified inquiries and prepare tailored offers.
  • Build and lead a new sales team as the role evolves.

Requirements

  • Degree in engineering, technological discipline, economics, or sales.
  • Several years of experience in sales within aeronautics or IT consultancy.
  • EU citizenship and current residence in Poland.
  • Fluency in Polish and English.
  • Proven track record in new business development and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel.

  • French language proficiency.
