Location: Hybrid (3 office days / 2 WFH) in Vilnius or Warsaw

What you will do
- Research strategic accounts and identify key buyer personas.
- Engage prospects via email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate interest.
- Monitor and optimize outbound outreach campaigns using data-driven sales methodology.
- Qualify prospects and book quality meetings for Account Executives.
- Communicate the benefits of data products to potential customers.
- Participate in experiments to refine the outbound sales playbook.
Requirements
- Experience or strong desire to work in B2B sales within the technology industry.
- English: C1+ (excellent written and verbal communication) required.
- Entrepreneurial attitude and a proactive, self-starter mindset.
- Strong research skills and high attention to detail.
- Must be based in or able to work from Vilnius or Warsaw.
Nice to have
- Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or customer service.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS or data-related products.
- Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, MixMax, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
