Location: Hybrid (3 office days / 2 WFH) in Vilnius or Warsaw

What you will do

  • Research strategic accounts and identify key buyer personas.
  • Engage prospects via email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate interest.
  • Monitor and optimize outbound outreach campaigns using data-driven sales methodology.
  • Qualify prospects and book quality meetings for Account Executives.
  • Communicate the benefits of data products to potential customers.
  • Participate in experiments to refine the outbound sales playbook.

Requirements

  • Experience or strong desire to work in B2B sales within the technology industry.
  • English: C1+ (excellent written and verbal communication) required.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and a proactive, self-starter mindset.
  • Strong research skills and high attention to detail.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Vilnius or Warsaw.

Nice to have

  • Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or customer service.
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS or data-related products.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, MixMax, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
