TL;DR

Account Manager (Retail): Driving revenue and expanding market presence for global brands in Poland and the Baltics with an accent on commercial execution and relationship building. Location: Must be based in the Warsaw region, Poland. This is an onsite role at the PUMA office in Warsaw; remote work is not possible.

A member of the PUMA Group, hirify.global is a licensee expert in branded essentials, swimwear, and fanwear, partnering with global A-list brands like Tommy Hilfiger, Levi’s, and Formula 1 teams.

What you will do

  • Acquire new customers and expand sales channels across sports, fashion, lifestyle, and FMCG segments.
  • Implement clear sales strategies to grow brand presence in the assigned territory.
  • Lead collection presentations and conduct regular business reviews with partners.
  • Analyze key business metrics to identify and execute improvement actions.
  • Collaborate with Sales Management and Support to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Support or lead projects contributing to market expansion and brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Account Management within Fashion, Sports Lifestyle, or FMCG.
  • Fluency in Polish and English.
  • Must live in the Warsaw region and be willing to travel regularly across Poland and the Baltics.
  • Must have the legal right to work in Poland.
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
