What you will do

  • Design and execute a strategic roadmap to establish partnerships as a primary growth channel.
  • Build and leverage senior industry relationships to position hirify.global as a leader in travel distribution.
  • Architect the technical and commercial foundations, features, and business models for all partnership initiatives.
  • Build, train, and coach a high-performing partnerships team.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and marketing teams to scale the distribution business.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in distributions, partnerships, or B2B sales within high-performance cultures.
  • 4+ years of people management experience with a focus on constructive feedback and communication.
  • Analytical proficiency with the ability to pull data in SQL and perform modeling in Excel.
  • Strong commercial instincts and a proven track record in contract negotiation.
  • Ability to thrive and lead in ambiguous, rapid-change startup environments.

  • Experience starting or scaling a successful startup.
  • Demonstrated interest in marketplaces, travel, and experiential events.
  • Deep understanding of current travel market trends.
