What you will do

• Partner with sales teams as the primary technical domain expert to demonstrate the value of identity solutions.
• Analyze customer business challenges and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
• Plan and execute proof-of-concepts for complex use cases in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Provide technical feedback to product management to influence product enhancements.
• Support marketing events, executive briefings, and trade shows as a technical representative.
• Share best practices and reusable assets to improve team efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of pre-sales engineering experience in the SaaS industry.
• Must be based in the US with alignment to MST time zone.
• Hands-on experience with standard network security protocols such as OAuth, SAML, or LDAP.
• Proficiency in web, mobile, or backend development stacks.
• Strong understanding of core security concerns including SSL/TLS, encryption, and XSS/XSRF.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts on the fly.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or MIS.
• Experience in customer-facing roles like consulting or technical support.
