What you will do

• Provide on-the-ground support for autonomous robots, helping them navigate obstacles and technical issues.
• Perform light maintenance tasks, including cleaning sensors and preparing robots for deployment.
• Operate company vehicles safely to move, recover, or reposition robotic units across the city.
• Track and document incident tickets while maintaining clear communication with engineering and support teams.
• Manage end-of-shift procedures, including charging, sanitizing, and accounting for all robotic assets.
• Adhere to strict safety standards and PPE protocols while working in various weather conditions.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and comfort driving mid-size utility vehicles.
• Capable of lifting and maneuvering items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to engage with customers in a professional field setting.
• Ability to perform physical duties, including walking or biking several miles per day.

Nice to have

• 1 year of experience in last-mile delivery, robotics, or customer-facing field services.
• Experience using Jira and Slack for communication and task tracking.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
