What you will do

• Drive sales and renewals for the Consumer Behavior Insights + Brand (CBI+B) portfolio to secure new revenue and ensure accurate forecasting.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer industries, markets, and business clusters.
• Partner with Customer Success and other account leaders to develop and execute Account Plans and Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
• Collect and analyze Voice of Customer feedback to escalate product needs and trends.
• Expand customer networks to identify and engage new budget holders.
• Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of professional experience in sales and account management.
• Deep understanding of the data analytics industry, including Brand Health, Segmentation, and Shopper Behavior studies.
• Experience working with clients in the Finance and/or Tech & Durables sectors.
• Strong negotiation skills and a growth mindset focused on exceeding revenue targets.
• Proven ability to build and promote long-lasting client relationships.
