Senior Ethics and Compliance Manager (EMEA)

What you will do

• Support internal investigations by managing case files, conducting witness interviews, collecting documentation, and drafting final reports.
• Help design and implement compliance policies and controls that protect customers and employees and meet legal obligations.
• Review and resolve conflicts of interest disclosures, gifts, and entertainment requests.
• Administer regional compliance training, including content design, audience targeting, and effectiveness measurement.
• Execute regional integrity and compliance communications.
• Project manage cross-functional compliance initiatives and develop AI-enabled systems and processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of compliance and investigative experience.
• Experience building compliance frameworks and conducting complex investigations and witness interviews.
• Experience managing conflicts of interest through resolution.
• Familiarity with disciplinary hearing processes and requirements in EMEA.
• Strong written, oral, interpersonal, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters, deliver training and workshops, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in an in-house legal department or technology company compliance team.
• Experience with Google Suite and Navex tools, including EthicsPoint, RiskRate, and Disclosures.
• Speaking multiple languages.
