What you will do

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards.
• Advise senior management and business units on compliance issues and recommended courses of action.
• Oversee compliance programs and initiatives, including highly complex projects.
• Develop mid-term strategic plans and identify innovative solutions to complex compliance problems.
• Support compliance audits, investigations, training programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Review contributions and work quality while influencing decisions across business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 10–15 years of compliance experience in the pharmaceutical industry; medical device experience may also be considered.
• Business Partner or Center of Excellence experience.
• Extensive knowledge of compliance laws and regulations, with experience managing complex compliance programs.
• Experience with compliance audits, investigations, compliance management software, and tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in law or a related field.
• Knowledge of international compliance regulations and experience with regulatory agencies.
• Experience influencing senior management and navigating complex legal and regulatory environments.
• Experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, with an understanding of responsible AI practices.
