Salary: Base $68,480, OTE $84,000+

What you will do
- Research and engage target accounts in assigned territories to build a qualified pipeline.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to identify priority personas and outreach strategies.
- Utilize email, phone, LinkedIn, and sales tools to connect with IT and business leaders.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Track prospecting progress and pipeline contributions within Salesforce.
- Undergo structured coaching, call reviews, and role plays to improve enterprise sales skills.
Requirements
- Must be based in or be able to work from the Boston, MA office (Hybrid).
- Strong interest in SaaS, enterprise technology, and business development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working toward measurable goals and activity targets.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Persistence and resilience in high-activity customer-facing environments.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in BDR/SDR, recruiting, or other high-activity sales roles.
- Experience owning metrics such as conversion rates, pipeline generated, or quota attainment.
