Sales Development Representative (HR Tech): Engaging with inbound prospects to qualify needs and schedule demonstrations for the sales team with an accent on lead qualification and rapid response. Focus on managing high-volume outreach via phone and email to build a robust sales pipeline.
Location: Remote (United States). Currently unable to hire in Hawaii, Quebec Province, and Northern Ireland.
Compensation: $45,000 Base + $30,000 Commission (OTE $75,000)

What you will do
- Follow up on inbound leads within 5 minutes to qualify needs and schedule meetings with Account Executives.
- Engage prospects using Outreach sequences, phone calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn to establish rapport.
- Assess inbound leads based on predefined criteria to determine suitability for the sales funnel.
- Book initial product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate tracking of all lead interactions and status changes within Salesforce.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Experience in sales or customer-facing activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to be persuasive and professional.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
- Experience using Outreach or similar sales enablement platforms.
- Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).
- Strong active listening skills and a self-motivated, resilient approach to sales.
