Location: Must be based in Austin, TX (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

What you will do

  • Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn) across defined territories.
  • Qualify prospects and hand off high-quality meetings to Account Executives with clear context.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity logs within the CRM.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on targeted vertical outreach strategies.
  • Network with partners to develop and execute joint campaigns.
  • Manage pre-event outreach and post-event follow-ups for trade shows and industry events.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of SDR or outbound sales experience with a track record of hitting targets.
  • Must be local to Austin, TX and able to work in the office 3 days per week.
  • Strong communication skills with a clear, confident, and concise approach.
  • Process discipline in CRM management and follow-up execution.
  • Ambition to grow into an Account Executive or broader sales career.
  • Familiarity with SaaS and ehirify.global business challenges.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Proficiency in AI prospecting tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Actively AI.
  • Experience with intent data tools such as 6sense or Wappalyzer.
  • Previous experience in B2B or manufacturing sales.
