Salary: $140,000 - $175,000

What you will do

• Monitor and interpret classified government mission needs and capability gaps within authorized environments.
• Conduct technology scouting and structured analysis of emerging technologies for government use cases.
• Execute targeted outreach to members and prospects to align their capabilities with mission needs.
• Facilitate teaming and partnership development between industry, academia, and government partners.
• Manage and supervise the Member Experience team, establishing standardized operating procedures.
• Synthesize intelligence from classified and unclassified sources into market briefs for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance is required.
• Must be based in the DC Metro Area (including MD and VA).
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in marketing, business development, or member engagement.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience leading and developing a team.
• Demonstrated experience operating in classified or sensitive government environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with OTA environments, federal acquisition pathways, or dual-use technology markets.
• Background in engineering, intelligence analysis, program management, or technical sales.
• An existing network within government, defense, or advanced technology communities.
