TL;DR
Senior Account Executive (Spatial Intelligence): Driving growth across a portfolio of space-based technologies and geospatial analytics for DoD and Intelligence Community customers with an accent on new business development and strategic relationship management. Focus on identifying and closing complex opportunities and translating mission needs into value propositions.
Location: Hybrid in Herndon, VA. Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, Asylee, or Refugee).
Salary: $219,000 - $365,000 annually

What you will do
- Develop and execute account strategies to expand 's presence across USG customers, including DoD, IC, and federal civilian agencies.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through hands-on business development.
- Manage and grow existing accounts via relationship development and program expansion.
- Build strategic relationships with senior government stakeholders, operators, and partners.
- Collaborate with technical, product, and contracts teams to lead capture and proposal efforts.
- Maintain pipeline accuracy and forecasting using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
Requirements
- Active TS clearance required.
- Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, Asylee, or Refugee).
- Based in or able to work hybrid in Herndon, VA.
- 5–8+ years of experience in U.S. Government sales or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in complex, solution-based environments.
- Experience navigating DoD, IC, or federal acquisition and procurement processes.
Nice to have
- Existing relationships within NGA, SOCOM, Army, USAF, Navy, Marine Corps, DHS, or IC.
- Experience in GEOINT, space, ISR, analytics, or advanced technology solutions.
- Military or government background.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar deals ($5M+).
