TL;DR

Senior Manager, Business Development (Cybersecurity): Leading and evolving the Business Development function to drive top-of-funnel strategy and pipeline generation with an accent on scaling high-performing SDR/ISR teams. Focus on optimizing go-to-market execution, improving qualification methodologies, and aligning cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.

Location: Remote (US). Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.

Salary: $148,000 – $158,000 (Base) plus performance-based bonus or commission

What you will do

  • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing Business Development team (SDR/ISR), setting the vision and strategy.
  • Own the top-of-funnel pipeline generation strategy to deliver high-quality, sales-ready opportunities.
  • Mentor and develop team members through structured coaching and performance management.
  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to measure team performance and pipeline health.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to design and execute integrated campaigns and territory plans.
  • Refine business development processes, qualification methodologies, and outreach strategies.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of experience in business development, sales development, or inside sales.
  • Proven team leadership experience with a track record of hiring and retaining talent.
  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or a related technical industry preferred.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
