What you will do
- Lead the global demand generation operating model, campaign architecture, and pipeline creation frameworks.
- Define and refine ICP, market segmentation, account prioritization, and targeting strategies.
- Drive the global ABM strategy, including playbooks and buying committee engagement models.
- Own the intent-led marketing strategy and the leverage of account intelligence across Marketing, SDR, and Sales.
- Design repeatable global campaign frameworks and content strategies for regional localization.
- Manage the Product Marketing Lead and partner with Regional Growth Managers, Sales, and Revenue Operations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, ABM, or B2B Revenue Marketing.
- 3+ years of experience managing marketing teams with measurable pipeline outcomes.
- Proven track record of scaling global demand generation programs in SaaS, InsurTech, FinTech, or Enterprise Software.
- Deep expertise in pipeline creation, intent-led marketing, digital marketing, and content strategy.
- Strong analytical capability and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience collaborating with enterprise sales organizations and revenue operations teams.
