What you will do

  • Plan and execute full-funnel campaigns targeting new logo acquisition across priority verticals and geographies.
  • Collaborate with product and content marketing teams to develop tailored messaging and solution sets.
  • Manage integrated campaigns across email, paid social, display, SEM, SEO, and webinars.
  • Partner with digital and media teams to optimize paid acquisition and reach target ICP audiences.
  • Monitor campaign performance in real-time using A/B testing and audience segmentation to improve tactics.
  • Track and analyze KPIs including MQLs, SALs, cost per lead, and pipeline contribution.

Requirements

  • Over 8 years of B2B marketing experience in campaign management, demand generation, or growth marketing.
  • Proven experience planning and executing lead generation campaigns for new customers.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with marketing and sales tech stacks such as Pardot, Salesforce, and ad platforms.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance to inform strategic decisions.

Nice to have

  • Experience in audience-focused B2B campaigns within the commodities or financial services space.
  • Knowledge of funnel metrics and pipeline acceleration tactics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
