What you will do

  • Own the planning and execution of demand generation campaigns across paid media, webinars, and events.
  • Manage HubSpot workflows, including email campaigns, nurture sequences, and list segmentation.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, SDRs, and Sales to align GTM priorities with demand programs.
  • Track and report on MQLs, SQLs, pipeline value, and channel efficiency.
  • Continuously test and optimize messaging, targeting, and campaign formats to improve funnel conversion.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to deliver campaigns at pace.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns, including webinars and email nurture programs.
  • Strong analytical mindset with confidence in data, dashboards, and performance reporting.
  • Ability to work effectively with SDR and Sales teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting multiple products or customer segments.
  • Familiarity with PLG or eCommerce/Shopify ecosystems.
  • Experience working in a pod-based or matrixed organization.
  • Familiarity with attribution tools like Dreamdata or Fibbler.
