Salary: $1,500 per event

What you will do

• Plan and execute between 3 to 4 food distribution events across the New England region.
• Manage all event logistics, including securing venues, food sourcing, and on-site setup and breakdown.
• Coordinate with vendors, community partners, and event-specific volunteers.
• Develop a digital print-ready resource guide to help military families access food security resources.
• Document event statistics and submit summary reports within 48 hours of each event.

Requirements

• Experience delivering community-based events or large-scale logistics coordination.
• Background in food distribution, food access programs, or related service initiatives.
• Proven ability to coordinate partnerships and vendors across multiple locations.
• Experience in resource development and creating community-facing materials.
• Ability to provide your own tools, equipment, and software necessary for project completion.
