What you will do

• Execute high-volume logistics for recruiting and intern events.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and playbooks to scale event workflows.
• Manage event platforms, including registration pages and attendee tracking.
• Coordinate with external vendors such as venues, caterers, and AV production teams.
• Maintain budget trackers and perform financial reconciliation.
• Lead post-event evaluations and analyze attendee feedback to optimize future programs.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco and able to work on-site 3 days per week.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in event coordination, operations, or project management.
• Proven track record of creating documented SOPs and repeatable processes.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and on-site event execution.
• Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Familiarity with event management software like Splash or Cvent.
