What you will do

• Execute strategic marketing plans and regional growth initiatives in partnership with leadership.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns using platforms like HubSpot, Optimizely, and ON24.
• Plan and execute marketing-led events to drive prospecting and pipeline impact.
• Provide 1:1 training and consultations for producers on sales and marketing tools.
• Apply AI-driven solutions to modernize marketing workflows and improve campaign efficiency.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to regional sales teams.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa or residency sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience supporting integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns and events.
• Proficiency with marketing tools including HubSpot, Outreach, Optimizely, and ON24.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
