What you will do

• Perform day-to-day email marketing activities: campaign setup, testing, tagging, deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered, and dynamic campaigns.
• Develop and execute strategies for promotional, transactional, and targeted trigger campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
• Establish A/B testing, optimize programs through testing creative, cadence, offers, and targeting.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with HTML, segmentation, and email execution; monitor deliverability and ensure CAN-SPAM compliance.
• Analyze email and customer behavior data to improve performance; participate in strategy discussions and client calls.
• Collaborate with producers and copy strategists to evaluate branding, design, and messaging for effective campaigns.

Requirements

• Availability for 40 hours/week, 9am-6pm PST.
• Strong proofreading, editing, and copywriting skills for various industries.
• Experience strategizing/implementing email campaigns, drip campaigns, HTML editing, A/B testing, deliverability, CAN-SPAM.
• Proficiency in Klaviyo, Omnisend, MailChimp, Bigcommerce, Shopify, WordPress, Salesforce, Hubspot, Drip.
• Analytical skills to measure performance; self-directed with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication; ability to maintain confidentiality.
