TL;DR

Location: Permanent Work from Home (must be based in the Philippines)

What you will do

  • Configure and implement POS solutions using automation tools and ChurnZero workflows.
  • Provide technical support for network setup, troubleshooting, and post go-live activities to ensure successful onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions based on specific customer requirements.
  • Conduct customer training and create documentation to support product adoption.
  • Perform testing and quality assurance to ensure implementation reliability and functionality.
  • Manage implementation queues and support the overall customer journey.

Requirements

  • Experience in the POS technology industry and strong knowledge of POS systems.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Must be based in the Philippines.
