Construction Project Manager

TL;DR

Construction Project Manager (Real Estate): Provide virtual support to construction teams on project documentation, vendor tracking, and reporting with an accent on data entry into Yardi/Elevate, contract management, and status logging. Focus on maintaining organized filing systems, coordinating meetings, and ensuring timely project deliverables under tight deadlines.

Location: Remote from any location throughout the Philippines, working 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Mountain Standard Time.

Privately held commercial real estate investment firm focused on value-add acquisitions in office, industrial, retail, and multi-family properties across the Western United States.

What you will do

• Support construction teams to ensure projects complete on time by entering data and documentation into Yardi and Elevate.
• Manage project documentation control, including contracts, change orders, purchase orders, and close-out documents.
• Track submittals, RFIs, vendor paperwork like insurance and licenses, and review invoices for accuracy.
• Draft, issue, and track contracts and change orders; communicate project info to team members.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and generate reports for the construction team.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in a leading construction company.
• Solid organizational skills to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication skills with internal teams and external vendors.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as a team player.
