What you will do

• Lead the installation of standard/non-complex new retirement plan sales and conversion activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Plan Sponsors, Financial Advisors, and Third-Party Administrators during the conversion process.
• Conduct weekly conference calls to manage project timing, critical tasks, and overall coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Review plan provisions and service agreements to ensure accurate restatement of retirement plan documents.
• Coordinate the integration and mapping of payroll files/methods between the plan sponsor and the company.
• Facilitate the transfer of plan assets and records while adhering to internal deadlines and quality assurance measures.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Taguig, Metro Manila
• 1-2 years of experience in implementation or related work.
• Proficient knowledge of IRS codes (457, 401(k), 403(b), 401(a)) and IRS/DOL reporting.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and plan document requirements.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
