What you will do

• Lead projects through the complete cycle from ideation to closure and benefit realization.
• Collaborate with senior management to define project goals, objectives, and scope.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource requirements, and critical milestones.
• Lead project teams consisting of subject matter experts from various departments.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate regular project update meetings and presentations.
• Oversee project documentation such as project plans, WBS, risk registers, and action trackers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of proven experience as a project manager, preferably within facilities functions and the Fintech industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools: MS Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Jira, and Wrike.
• Must be amenable to a 12-month contract arrangement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional interaction with executives and managers.
• Ability to plan and lead work sessions independently with minimal oversight.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications in project management such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• Knowledge of creating user stories, features, epics, and providing UAT support.
