What you will do

• Own the full client relationship independently from initial discovery through to project closure.
• Architect and build production-grade AI systems, including agents, data products, and AI-augmented operations.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into scoped, deliverable technical work and manage stakeholder interviews.
• Identify and mitigate scope creep and surface potential expansion opportunities.
• Deliver documented, runnable, and maintainable software and automations.
• Contribute reusable patterns, templates, and IP back to the internal AI practice.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering or technical delivery experience, specifically in client-facing or embedded contexts.
• Proven track record of owning solo client accounts from kickoff to close without supervision.
• Hands-on depth in LLM application development, cloud-native architecture (AWS preferred), or scalable backend systems.
• Ability to make independent technical decisions and maintain delivery quality within client environments.
• Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with both engineers and VP-level leadership.
• Must be based in the USA; the company is unable to provide visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience building RAG pipelines, AI agents, or fine-tuned models.
• Hands-on proficiency with Claude, AWS Bedrock, and prompt architecture.
• Background in management consulting, systems integration, or professional services.
• AWS Professional certifications (Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer).
• Experience with enterprise automation tools like Zapier, Power Automate, Salesforce, or Workday.
