What you will do

• Productionize, launch, and operate AI-based technology integrations into core products.
• Partner with product and design leaders to prototype and experiment with new AI features.
• Develop agent-driven product experiences, including conversational interfaces, tool-calling patterns, and RAG.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and trends.
• Participate in stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building production AI features end-to-end.
• Proven fullstack experience designing and scaling React-based UIs and backend services/APIs.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript or JavaScript, plus experience with Node.js, Go, or Java.
• Professional experience with RAG, prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and evaluation techniques.
• Experience with Model Context Protocols (MCPs) and integrating external tools into LLM-based systems.
• Must be based in the United States.
