Annual compensation: $240,000–$315,000 USD OTE, including base salary and target sales commissions or bonuses.

What you will do

• Partner with account executives to translate enterprise requirements and business objectives into technical solutions.
• Advise customers throughout Claude adoption, from discovery and evaluation through deployment, coordinating internal stakeholders.
• Help customers build with the Claude API and Claude for Work and integrate Claude into existing enterprise technology stacks.
• Design and deliver technical content for engineering teams, IT stakeholders, and executives.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and identify integration patterns that inform Product and Engineering teams.
• Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops, technical deep dives, and relationship building.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems.
• Comfortable working with Python and familiar with LLM frameworks and tools, machine learning, or data science.
• Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts between executives, engineering teams, IT stakeholders, and business audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and experience in a relevant field.
