What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical authority for post-sales customers, guiding deployment architecture and adoption of agentic workflows.
• Own onboarding engagements end to end, ensuring customers move from contract to productive adoption.
• Design and recommend reference architectures tailored to each customer's cloud environment, security posture, and organizational constraints.
• Help customers implement technical and organizational changes required to adopt agentic development practices at scale.
• Design and document repeatable delivery patterns across onboarding, architecture, and adoption.
• Capture structured product feedback and advocate directly with engineering and product teams for roadmap improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Platform Engineering.
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying cloud infrastructure on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• 2+ years of experience deploying or operating AI coding agents in production environments.
• 2+ years of production experience with Kubernetes, including cluster design, networking, and storage.
• 2+ years of experience with Terraform or equivalent infrastructure-as-code tooling.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior infrastructure teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with regulated environments (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, DORA).
• Kubernetes certification (CKA, CKAD, or CKS).
• Experience with LLM gateway or proxy infrastructure (LiteLLM, OpenRouter).
• Background as a Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Platform Engineer.
