Technical Account Manager (Compensation/SaaS): Serving as a trusted technical advisor and advocate to ensure customers derive maximum value from compensation solutions with an accent on technical guidance and compensation workflows. Location: Remote, United States (Unable to hire in Hawaii, Quebec, or Northern Ireland)
Salary: $90,880 – $136,320

What you will do
- Act as the primary technical and compensation point of contact for key customer stakeholders.
- Provide expert guidance on product capabilities, best practices, and compensation strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while conducting regular health checks.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to identify upsell opportunities and execute account plans.
- Gather customer feedback to influence the product roadmap and partner with engineering for new releases.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and contribute to the internal Company Knowledge Base.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Compensation, Data Analytics, or Information Systems.
- 3+ years of experience in technical account management or technical customer experience roles.
- 3+ years of experience in a professional HR or compensation role, preferably within SaaS.
- Technical expertise in compensation data, survey data, HCM systems, APIs, SFTPs, and SSO.
- Proficiency with CRM/ticketing systems (Salesforce, Atlassian) and advanced Excel/Tableau skills.
