Salary: $140,000 - $175,000

What you will do

• Manage and oversee an assigned team and portfolio of OT-based defense projects.
• Review, execute, and approve agreement documentation to ensure compliance with federal regulations.
• Lead complex contract negotiations and provide strategic guidance to team members.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks while resolving performance issues.
• Collaborate with internal leadership, program managers, and finance to align contract execution with organizational objectives.
• Provide mentorship and training to team members to drive performance and standards.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
• 7+ years of government or Department of War (DoW) contracting experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory or team management experience.
• Deep understanding of FAR, DFARS, and alternative contracting methods.
• Must be based in the DC Metro Area (MD, VA, DC) for onsite work.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with Other Transaction agreements (10 U.S. Code § 4021 & 4022).
• Previous experience as a Contracting Officer or Agreements Officer.
• NCMA certification or DAWIA Level III in Contracting.
