What you will do

• Own the contract administration lifecycle, including drafting, processing awards, modifications, and price justifications.
• Define contractual obligations and deliverables in collaboration with Business Development and Engineering teams.
• Analyze and respond to complex inquiries regarding contract terms, conditions, and compliance.
• Foster relationships with government contracting officers to identify and shape new business opportunities.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on contracting pathways to equip front-line teams for success.
• Develop tactical execution plans for individual sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of experience in government contracting.
• Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS, OTAs, and standard government T&Cs.
• Current U.S. security clearance or ability to obtain one with sponsorship.
• Experience with firm fixed-price contracts.
• Strong project management skills and impeccable attention to detail.
