TL;DR

Manager of Customer Success (SaaS): Leading a team of CSMs to drive customer health, value realization, and renewal readiness for SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments with an accent on Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR). Focus on coaching high-performing teams, evolving success strategies to increase adoption, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure ROI.

Location: Hybrid (Manila Office)

Salary: ₱90,641 – ₱113,300 per month

What you will do

  • Hire, coach, and develop a team of CSMs to exceed retention, renewal-readiness, and expansion goals.
  • Execute and evolve Customer Success strategies to increase product adoption and customer value throughout the lifecycle.
  • Analyze customer health and success metrics to continuously improve engagement playbooks.
  • Partner with Renewals and Account Managers to align value delivery with commercial outcomes.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to influence product direction, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Utilize Salesforce and Gainsight to track performance and identify trends.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Sales within a SaaS/recurring revenue business.
  • 2+ years of people management experience with a track record of developing teams.
  • Experience leading teams accountable for retention, adoption, and customer outcomes.
  • Location: Must be based in Manila (Hybrid).
  • Work Schedule: Fixed schedule, Monday through Friday 10pm-7am Manila time.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce and Gainsight.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
