What you will do
- Manage the full client onboarding cycle to ensure a successful start.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Conduct regular business reviews to align solutions with client objectives.
- Negotiate and close complex B2B deals with senior decision-makers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Operations to support partner needs.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success.
- Proven experience managing complex stakeholder groups.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting and profitability metrics.
- Strategic thinker capable of managing a diverse portfolio.
