What you will do
- Recruit and onboard new MSP partners into the program.
- Drive monthly recurring revenue (MRR) growth and product attach rates across a large partner portfolio.
- Conduct regular business reviews and provide structured onboarding for partners.
- Educate partners on MSP business models and value propositions.
- Manage high-velocity pipelines and opportunities within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with distributors and sales engineers to accelerate deal registration and quoting.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in channel sales, inside sales, or partner development.
- Experience working in high-volume SMB or mid-market environments.
- Exposure to IT, cybersecurity, or SaaS consumption models.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the Philippines without employer sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Experience working with MSPs, resellers, or subscription-based business models.
- Understanding of recurring-revenue or consumption-based sales.
- Experience working with distributors in APJ/ASEAN markets.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
