What you will do
- Develop and lead the strategic plan to ensure retailers maximize the value of NIQ services.
- Lead a team to provide high-quality data, reports, and actionable insights for clients.
- Manage client engagement through strategic planning, goal setting, and regular performance check-ins.
- Monitor client satisfaction scores and proactively resolve concerns to ensure high retention.
- Collaborate with the Sales team on contract renewals and identify new business opportunities.
- Mentor team members and foster a strong, high-performance team culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any major with a minimum GPA of 3.25.
- 7-12 years of experience in client servicing within research agencies or marketing consultancies.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial position.
- Proficiency in statistical applications, systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent English (written and verbal) is required.
- Must be based in Pasig City, Philippines.
