Client Success Manager (Gaming): Protecting and growing high-value enterprise clients on the RGDH platform with an accent on strategic account planning and relationship management. Focus on driving revenue growth through upsell/cross-sell opportunities and managing the full client onboarding cycle.

What you will do
- Manage the full client onboarding cycle to ensure a smooth and successful start to collaboration.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and strengthen enterprise relationships.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to drive growth.
- Conduct regular business reviews to align Gold's solutions with evolving client objectives.
- Negotiate and close complex B2B deals with senior decision-makers at enterprise clients.
- Collaborate across Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, Risk, and Operations to champion partner needs.
Requirements
- 4+ years in Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, or similar client-facing roles.
- Experience within startup and enterprise-level technology environments.
- Strong relationship-building skills with experience managing complex stakeholder groups.
- Confident communication and presentation abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting, planning, and profitability metrics.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, values-led approach.
