Cloud Administrator (Cloud Operations): Managing and supporting cloud environments with an accent on complex troubleshooting, upgrade ownership, and process improvement. Focus on ensuring reliability of cloud systems, automating SSL/Cloudflare operations, and leveraging AI-enabled tools for operational efficiency.

Location: Remote (Must be able to work 2nd shift EST hours starting at 1:00 PM EST)

Salary: $50,000 – $64,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage system health, respond to alerts, and provide Tier 1-3 technical support for cloud-hosted applications.
• Lead upgrade efforts for assigned platforms and document operational runbooks.
• Handle SSL/Cloudflare operations, including automation and renewal tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on root cause analysis and escalated issues.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and analytics to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be able to work 2nd shift EST hours (start at 1:00 PM EST).
• 2–3 years of experience in cloud operations or technical support.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Server administration (DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, IIS, Remote Desktop Services).
• Basic scripting skills in PowerShell or Bash.
• No work visa sponsorship available.
